About Us

To do our part for the environment, we plan to sell merchandise and organize workshops discussing environmental issues. These activities will culminate in an environmental musical entitled “Heat!” opened for the public. Our goal is that these events would increase the public awareness on environmental issues while raising funds for the Singapore Environment Coucil.

Save 3,000 Pounds

This is the very first time the script of Heat! is authorized to be leaked out! Check out this romantic duet between our Scientist, Valon, and the book, Shalerina. It's got leads of great info to lead a Greener life.

Valon
Re-use. Reduce. Recycle.
They all can do.
They can reduce
all the harm men do.
Use a reusable bag instead.
Or buy products with less threads.

Save three thousand pounds
Of CO2 a year.
Recycle half the waste
That your home would face.

Please don’t drive a car.
Walk or ride a bike.
But if you must get round,
then take the underground.

Shalerina
Use less hot water;
It saves energy.
Use the washing machine
When it’s hardly empty.
Replace incandescent light bulbs with those
compact fluorescent light bulbs.

Valon
Come, look at all these plants.
They sure grow really well.
I think organic foods
Are just like this as well.

Fresh foods are healthier
than any frozen juice.
They use ten times less
energy to produce.

Valon
How about eating a little less meat?
Methane that comes from cows smells like feet.

Valon and Shalerina
Save three thousand pounds
of CO2 a year.
Recycle half the waste
that your home would face.

Please don’t drive a car.
Walk or ride a bike.
But if you must get round,

Valon
Then take the underground.

Shalerina
Then take the underground.

About Heat!

A government official believes that fighting globl warming is a waste of time, but a scientist decides to write a book to save the globe from the apocalypse. He passionately tells about various ways to stop global warming. However, the official gets to know about the book through a friend and reports the situation to the government. They then order the official to silence the scientist. Just as the scientist is finishing the book, he is killed. To cover up the crime, the official is assigned as a detective to investigte. Over the years, the book ages and fades, but she warns people about the consequences but to no avail. Eventually, the official realizes that the book is fantastic, but following orders from the government, he destroys the book. He regrets killing the scientist and escapes to another country. In the end, the official dies either from the desert-like heat or old age in the future world, haunted by the ghosts of the scientist and the book.
